What happens if I receive a damaged item?
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care
Center as soon as possible. We will arrange for the item to be returned, and replaced as soon
as we can.
If your product was delivered to you via freight delivery, and is visibly damaged upon
arrival, simply refuse the delivery. The driver is required to allow you to unpack and inspect the
item before finalizing the delivery.

– How does the pre-order process work?
When you pre-order a product through us, it means that the item is still on its way to our
warehouse. Pre-orders are always prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis. If you pre-order
an item, you will be sent a confirmation email showing you all of the necessary details regarding
charges and shipping.
Credit card charges for pre-order will be charged once the item is shipped from our
warehouse. PayPal pre-orders will be charged immediately. Debit card pre-order purchases
might incur a hold from your banking institution until the item is shipped.
