To process your item for a return, simply visit our Customer Service Center and fill in the
return form. The form must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item. Once you have
been given a ‘return number’ for authorization on the return, you will be given instructions on
how to ship your product back to us.
You will have 14 days to ship the item back to us beginning when you receive your
return number. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and approve whether the item is
in good enough condition for resale. We will then process your full refund.

Any and all returns must be shipped back to us undamaged and with all of the original
contents of the box, including:

If the item is missing any original parts or components mentioned above, we reserve the
right to charge the buyer a fee for restocking and repackaging. This fee can be up to the value

Returns without a return number will not be authorized or accepted. All returns must be
postmarked and shipped back to us within the 14 day deadline beginning when you receive your
return number in your email. Any fees incurred due to customer special delivery requests are
non-refundable.
The 30 day refund policy period begins upon receiving the item. If an item cannot be
delivered or delivery is refused, the buyer will be charged shipping and brokerage fees for both
inbound and outbound shipping.
Any and all items purchased on discount or special promotion will be refunded at the
value of the total purchase cost once promotions have been applied. The refunded amount will
be reduced to match the actual amount spent by the buyer.
